Uplift Equipment Return Policy

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, manuals, tags, and stickers.
  • Products that are damaged, altered, or missing parts/packaging will not be accepted.
  • Products not purchased directly from Uplift Equipment or an authorized reseller are not eligible for returns.
  • Uplift Equipment is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, delay, or non-delivery caused by the shipping carrier. If a returned product does not reach us, or if it arrives in a condition different from how it was originally shipped, we cannot issue a refund or accept liability for the item.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Orders canceled before shipping are not subject to this fee.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Uplift Equipment is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the product.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled at no charge before they ship.
  • Once shipped, the return policy applies.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@upliftequipment.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send return instructions and the shipping address.
  3. Repack the item in its original packaging.
  4. Ship with a trackable, insured carrier.
