We offer several paid warranty plans so you can choose the level of protection that fits your equipment and your budget. All plans include dependable support, clear terms, and access to replacement parts when needed. These warranties apply to both remanufactured and refurbished equipment unless otherwise stated.

Coverage Included in Every Warranty Tier

• Motors and drive systems
• Control panels, circuit boards, and electronic components
• Cables, pulleys, bearings, and internal moving parts
• Essential operational hardware
• Wearable items only when they directly cause functional failure

Exclusions

• Routine maintenance such as lubrication, belt tensioning, cleaning, or calibration
• Cosmetic issues: scratches, paint wear, cracked plastics, peeling decals, discoloration
• Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized repairs, or outdoor exposure
• Lost or stolen parts
• Residential equipment used in commercial settings
• Warranty transfer to a new owner
• THIS WARRANTY IS NOT VALID FOR COMMERCIAL USE. ANY ABUSE WILL VOID THE WARRANTY IMMEDIATELY.
